Your challenge
As Business Unit Manager you are responsible for managing the entire business unit (engineering):
- Functions as final responsible overall and in particular commercial, technical, organizational and personnel level.
- Duties include:
- Watch over planning & timing project and personnel
- Supervising the quality of the delivered products and services
- Follow up the financial policy within your unit, in consultation with the CFO/CEO.
- Working within the framework to develop the long-term business strategy.

- You have a technical degree (master level)
- You are results-oriented and have a dynamic positive attitude
- You enjoy working with people and have the necessary experience to manage a team.
- You have a healthy dose of entrepreneurship
- You have relevant experience in project management and are ready for the next step
