Your challenge
As a workshop manager, you will manage a team of 12 Actummers.
- You are a real people-manager.
- You take care of planning and follow up works in the workshop while keeping quality and accuracy at a high standard.
- You connect project managers and employees.

Your talent
- Be able to read technical plans (drawing is not required, but added value).
- You have a strong ability to take on a managerial role.
- You hold a technical degree or similar through experience in the sector.
- Fluent in NL with knowledge of French or English.
- You like variety and do not mind multitasking.
